1 – Personal Data Protection

 

ABC arbitrage Asset Management S.A. (“ABAM”) does not require at any time the communication by any user of personal data (name, address, email address, profession, etc.). However, specifically to obtain certain information or receive documents, the user may have to register by providing certain personal data.

 

The personal data that could be collected in this way are intended for the sole use of ABAM, which is responsible for their processing and storage. This data will not be communicated to third parties except third parties hosting the site or involved in its content or management.

 

ABAM agrees to protect the confidentiality of any information provided online by the Internet user.

 

These personal data are kept for the time necessary to process the data subject’s requests and for the duration of the applicable legal provisions.

  • right to information on the uses of your personal data; this is the purpose of this information notice;
  • right to access;
  • right to rectification;
  • right to erasure;
  • right to portability;
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • the right to set guidelines for the retention, erasure and disclosure of your personal data after your death.

Internet users also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in this case the National Data Protection Committee (“CNIL”).

 

     2 – Cookies

 

ABAM draws your attention to the fact that certain information concerning the Internet user may be recorded by our servers (browser used, IP address, etc.). In addition, connecting to our web server may cause a small amount of data to be sent to your browser and stored on your computer’s hard drive. These are cookies that record information about your computer’s navigation on our site (the pages you have visited, the date and time that you visited them, etc.) that we can read during your subsequent visits.
